The rapid growth of the company has seen an exciting opportunity for an experienced insurance assessor Team Leader to join!

The Opportunity:

As the Team Leader, you will support the internal assessing and building function in our growing business. You will be working with new state of the art technology for end to end claims management, liaising with clients and business partners and interpreting policies.

Your day will include:
Overseeing and supervising the teams work activity, coaching and development
Measure, improve and maintain team performance.
Interacting with our Customers, Clients, Trades and internal staff to build strong relationships and capture critical information to resolve queries in relation to Insurance Claims;
Work alongside senior management to deliver customised results for our customers.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to increase business efficiencies
Provide advice and feedback on errors and/or omissions in relation to method, scope, cost of repair and/or report structure
Management of SLA disagreements
Lead the procurement of suppliers for specialist reports
Supplier reporting as required
Collaborate and participate in the development of the Supply Chain strategy and how this will support and achieve objectives

To be successful:
Basic understanding of construction terminology (desired)
Previous data entry experience (advantageous)
Demonstrated experience resolving conflict and negotiating agreement
Strong stakeholder management skills
Efficient time management and organisational skills
Effective communication skills; both written and verbal
Positive and personable
Intermediate computer skills; particularly Excel
Proactive
Results drive
