THE COMPANY
We are working with a white labelled IT support for Managed service provider that helps grow businesses and deliver help desk, NOC, SOC and project services support. They have recently set up shop in the heart of the CBD after a big growth over in the UK and are now looking to bring in more passionate and awesome people into their team!
THE ROLE
With their steady growth, our Client is looking to bring on a team leader with strong Level 2 or good level 3 technical ability. This individual will be the escalation point for less senior technicians and will need to make decisions regarding technical queries. All rounded experience with Networking, Security and infrastructure is what is needed for this role so exposure or experience working in a MSP is ideal. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong networking skills with firewalls, switches, routers, access points and VPNs.
- Extensive hands on experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft solution configuration including Office 365, Server, Exchange, etc.
- Backup and Distater Recovery mansgement. Knowledge of modern technologies, such as image chains, virtual/live boot, replication etc.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Autotask PSA and/or Datto RMM is a plus.
