The team works to coordinate our Support Workers, who assist the aged and people with disabilities in their own homes. This is a permanent role based at our Northwest office office. In the role of Team Leader, you will be responsible for: Developing responsive coordination support services to meet business needs. Managing efficient and effective placement (rostering) protocols and processes. Strategic planning of scheduling and recruitment of Support Workers. Providing leadership and coaching to the team of Coordinators and Administrators. Demonstrate a high level of commitment to and understanding of the Organisation's Health and Safety Management System. You will enjoy this very busy and exciting role if you have: Experience in leading and managing a team. Strong relationship skills. A collaborative approach. Excellent planning and organisation skills and experience. Strong problem solving and communication skills. Previous Healthcare experience.
