The team has the capability to lead and supervise enforcement investigations and prepare and present expert evidence in the Environment Court. A key function of this team is providing guidance, education and advice on compliance matters to our stakeholders, including members of our community, tangata whenua, and resource consent holders around the sustainable use of natural resources and how to meet their compliance obligations.The team need a dynamic, motivated individual with strong leadership experience and a passion for people to join us as a Team Leader for our rural compliance portfolio. You will be responsible for providing leadership and management to our capable and enthusiastic Rural Compliance team, coaching them to succeed and develop. A key element of the role is the support of a team-based culture so leadership experience is essential.
