Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position) An exciting and challenging leadership opportunity has become available in Clinical Support Services for a positive enthusiastic person. This is a permanent full-time position working 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE). The Team Leader Clinical Support is responsible for all aspects of the day to day operations of our front line Clinical Administration Team across Te Whatu Ora (Nelson Marlborough). This role can be based at either Nelson Hospital, Nelson or Wairau Hospital, Blenheim but will require travel across the top of the South Island. Ko wai he kaitono tōtika? As a team leader you will be an integral part of the Clinical Support Services Leadership Group consistently providing high level professional patient centred clinical administration services across the DHB. To succeed in this role you will have: * Leadership experience or be ready to become a team leader * Broad administration experience * The ability to consistently meet targets and deadlines * Excellent communication and motivating skills * Excellent time management and personal organisational skills * A positive can do attitude * A focus on quality and achieving positive outcomes * Professional work ethics * A hunger to develop and utilise your leadership skills.The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
