You'll have the opportunity to work cohesively with your team and our other experienced and driven Team Leads to lead, coach and develop your people to provide quality services and better customer outcomes.
Salary range is between $93,257 and $102,695.

Te Tari Taake Inland Revenue plays a critical role in improving the economic and social wellbeing of Aotearoa New Zealand. We do this by collecting and distributing money - we collect 80% of the Crown's revenue and distribute social support payments.
Customer and Compliance Services (CCS) is made up of two groups: Individuals and Business. Together we are a team of approximately 3,200 people, in sites across the country.

We are the first point of contact for IR's customers, from individuals through to families and local and international businesses. We provide tax technical and legal support for IR, and we're connected to other agencies.
Hours of work The standard number of hours of work will be 75 hours 50 minutes per fortnight, to be worked between 8am and 6:15pm, Monday to Friday.
