We currently have a career opportunity for a Team Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in overseeing production activity within the Portions ACM department.
This is a full-time Entry-Level Management role (Monday - Friday 12.45-9.30pm) that requires flexibility in hours to meet the needs of the business. Reporting to the Team Leader, the Team Coordinator will be responsible for the efficient planning and effective coordination of day to day activities within their team, this is an extension to the Process Worker role and an entry level to management.
Key responsibilities include: Planning, leading, organising and controlling day to day operations and ensuring Team Leaders and Managers are well informedDeveloping and engaging with the teamEnsuring that sufficient skill levels are available to meet demandProblem solve and liaise with Engineering to maintain and improve performanceUpdating weekly performance charts and reporting on variancesEnsuring team members are complying with company rules, policies and standard work Ideal attributes for this role: Excellent communication skills, both written and oralSupervising othersSystems processingProcessing experienceSound judgement, and a strong ability to understand and solve problemsIt would be helpful if you have had previous leadership experience, or have held a position of responsibility, however this is not essential. You must be willing to work in a fast-paced department.
