Expand your horizons and elevate your team in this unique role at ourCrisis Respite Service in Te Whanganui-a-Tara/Wellington. This is an opportunity to shape this peer influenced service byleveraging your strengths and passion in an acute setting. As one of our valuedfrontline leaders, which we call Team Coaches, you'll be fully supported by ourexceptional leadership team in the Central region to grow and flourish.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.Additionally, you will be supported to be part of a rotating after hourson-call roster. Responsibilities include: Developing meaningful and collaborative partnerships Being an exemplary Tangata Tiriti partner Working alongside primary and secondary care services, and the wider community to ensure optimal outcomes. Fostering strong relationships in your community and be a good neighbour Providing regular coaching, leading, and inspiring a passionate team Living your values at work and making a difference in your community Mou | You
You will have:

A current New Zealand Nursing registration Clinical experience working in mental health and addiction. A current full New Zealand driver's license Lived experience or a strong understanding or peer principles. A demonstrated ability a cultural competence in working with Maori and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
