In this rewarding and challenging role, you will be responsible for supporting Pharmac as a whole by assuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Calendar management to travel, meeting minutes to event organisation, tech trouble-shooting to front desk support. This role is a smorgasbord of activities.Ma wai te mahi nei? | Who are we looking for?Pharmac is looking for an Admin Wizard. Someone who can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines but can still take a moment to ask "How can I help?"Our ideal candidate would have:Proven experience prioritising multiple tasks successfullyAn understanding of meeting etiquette, from setting agendas to taking minutesTalents in calendar managementAn ability to work with a range of managers with different communication styles.The role has a level of autonomy and applicants will need to be self-driven to manage time-pressured work but also need to work as part of a team.
