About the role:

We seek a Te Matakirea Coordinator to provide support and coordination to the Te Matakirea Lead and the wider team.

You will be responsible for:
Providing administrative support to the Te Matakirea Lead, which includes diary management, travel bookings, taking minutes at meetings, etc
Organising meetings, conferences, and events for the overall Te Matakirea Team
Assisting with monitoring and reporting the passive mentorship with potential cultural design managers with the Te Matakiea Lead and Studio Heads of Design
Undertaking market research, particularly focused on current and potential clients and partners, and relevant entities we may want to collaborate with.
Working closely with Te Matakirea Lead(s), Marketing, and the boarder Warren and Mahoney team to support activities around submissions and presentations
Assisting in the development and updating of Te Matakirea related print and digital collaterial.
Managing and updating the CRM
Skills required:
Fluency (or strong proficiency) in te reo Maori is essential.
Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or graphic design is preferred.
2+ years relevant experience preferred but not essential.
Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in InDesign is desirable.
Experience producing promotional and marketing material and/or submission documents is desirable.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
