Specifically, the role will improve the company's performance by recommending and implementing tax strategies.Some of the key responsibilities assigned to this role include:•Manage tax returns for local and offshore subsidiaries•Manage tax calculations and indirect taxes•Storytelling and presenting findings to peers and CSuite•Proactively make process improvements to the function•Provide support to the accounting team•Key point of contact for the ATO•Assist the Group FC with commercial projects such as M&A or other ad hoc financial analysisThe Successful applicant•Ideally, you will have experience gained working in a large corporate, multinational or ASX listed company and be looking to take the next step up in your career to Tax Manager•Inter-personally, you will see your strengths as your ability to work with people at varying levels and thrive to add value in all that you undertake.•Excellent communication, storytelling, and report writing skills•Have a proactive nature and always be looking to make improvementsWhat's on offer?•$140,000 + Superannuation•WFH / Office Hybrid model•Inclusive, collaborative, fun, caring and social cultureAll Rights Reserved | West Recruitment Pty Ltd#J-18808-Ljbffr
