Full Time Application Closes 21 Apr 2024 Waikato - Taupo Customer Service Representative We are currently seeking a fun, friendly, and organised individual to fulfil the role of Branch Administrator/Service Support. This position is hugely customer focused. Providing exceptional customer service will always be your first priority. You will be responsible for booking customers vehicles into our workshop, liaising with the technicians on progress and keeping the customer informed along the way. You will have the ability to understand and determine customer's needs, to make decisions and problem solve and most importantly work as part of a team, all the while keeping a smile on your face and remaining calm in pressure situations. Our workshops are continually growing so your role will too.You will have a strong customer service background, probably in retail or hospitality, and will be confident with computer systems. You will have your full clean driver's licence.You will be able to follow processes ensuring all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed. This role will see you being able to think on your feet, tackling multiple tasks at the same time so you must be able to multitask.You don't need to know a lot about cars or have extensive previous experience as full training will be provided and you will be supported by existing Service Department Team members.Why Taupo Toyota?
