We're super excited to be growing our Projects Team and are searching for an Executive Assistant / Marketing Guru to join the team and assist us in selling exciting new developments throughout the Greater Wellington Region.
We are searching for a talented administrator who will manage two busy Real Estate Agents on a day to day basis…
Ideally you will have incredible computer skills and be extremely organised and systematic.
The role also requires a modern approach with the use social media applications and an outside the box mentality to marketing.Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous PA experience or office administrator experience (Real Estate industry would be a bonus) Working knowledge of MS Office, including mail merge with Word & Excel and Google Docs Experience on Canva or InDesign a bonus Excellent phone manner, outstanding written and verbal English communication skills Ability to multi task and cope well under pressure in an ever changing environment Have a positive, friendly, approachable and willing attitude and be a team player with a sense of humour Good time management and decision making skills This is a full time position and systems training will be provided.Next Steps
