Details of the offer

People & Capability – Talent & Recruitment /
We believe that people are the glue that holds our co-op together and drives us forward. Our Talent Team play a vital role in ensuring we're attracting, identifying and hiring diverse talent for our Co-op that will continue to ensure we nail our purpose of helping New Zealanders get more out of life.
About the role You'll proactively support the administration and coordination of programmes that bring the attraction and onboarding of talent to life at Foodies. What does this mean….?
- You'll manage the digital creation of all employee contracts and associated documentation via our recruitment system and onboarding tools.
- Act as a first point of call for new employees around employee contracts and onboarding needs
- Lead and facilitate our quarterly in-person induction.
- Provide administration support for our Early Careers programmes.
- Coordinate the content for our Social Media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
What's in it for you? - An environment to try new things, be a bit creative and grow your career
- True flexibility! Let's work together to understand what balance and flexibility looks like for you
- Great employee benefits; subsidised healthcare, supermarket discounts, a smorgasbord of leave offerings, fuel discounts, access to Clearheard (our online wellbeing tool), discounts at local gyms, free parking and much more!
What we're looking for You'll love a good spreadsheet one second and shooting a Tik Tok the next – the perfect mix of admin with a twist of creativity. You'll also;
- Have experience in an administration focused role. HR/Recruitment admin would be great but by no means necessary
- Be a bloody good human – able to have a good yarn, a laugh, a coffee (or tea perhaps) and get excited about the world of people!
About Foodies You know New World, PAK'nSAVE and Four Square right? That's us! We are one of NZ's biggest companies, you just don't know it, because in true Kiwi style – we're humble about it (apart from right now maybe)! Our Support Centre and Supply Chain is 2,000 people strong and we're all here to ensure we're supporting our network of 350+ stores across the North Island.
Experience awesome. Achieve Awesome. Be awesomely you. We're proud to have a focus on Diversity & Inclusion here at Foodies and welcome applications from you all regardless of who you are or what you do. We welcome courageous behaviour, encourage togetherness, inspire our people to be their best selves in our Foodies whanau, but most importantly we celebrate our people - our taonga, every day for being uniquely them.
