The Role The Talent Partner will support the business to deliver on our people ambition by driving optimal organisational performance and engagement. Delivering on transformation and change objectives while providing leader coaching on employee relations and performance matters.
The role will manage key people related portfolios such as operating model and workforce transition as well as partner in elements of M&A activity.
Some of the things you will be accountable for include: Providing strategic partnering to key business stakeholders including advising, influencing, and supporting leaders in the design, development and delivery of prioritised people related initiatives that support the achievement of business outcomes; and developing and using insights to coach and influence business leaders.
Deliver business outcomes by practising their craft and leading through best example.
Play a key role in supporting the transformation of the Resolution Life Australasia organisation.
Drive innovative employee engagement initiatives, providing the organisation the data is needs to make critical decisions
What you bring: You will have the ability to work in a rapidly changing Agile environment, being adaptable and thinking outside of the box whilst being comfortable working with ambiguity. You'll also have:
Strong collaboration skills with a passion for designing and implementing great solutions
Exceptional verbal and written influencing skills.
Experience and knowledge within HR Operations and Payroll across both Australia and New Zealand
M&A exposure and experience
