We've been in business since 2008 and are proud of our specialist backgrounds. You might know us as being a market leading A+F recruitment agency...which is right, but we're also established in Legal, Risk & Compliance, HR, Sales & Marketing and Business Support.
Our legal recruitment offering is bursting at the seams! We've had an exceptional year with some great success, and it is time to increase the team capability (this is where you come in!!). This is newly created and will work exceptionally closely with our Legal Manager.

Our owners are focused not only on our business success but also on us having a creating an awesome environment for our people (staff, and candidates and clients). We are incredibly fortunate to be able to learn from the best and most experienced recruiters(Greg Savage is our Chairman - is there a better opportunity to learn from the best right now?) but also to be a part of building something exceptional. So, who are you?
This is a newly created role. We will consider those with recruitment experience, or those without who are keen to get into the recruitment industry - if you don't have recruitment experience, experience in law would be great.
We are happy to train and develop people (we do have a full time Training Manager - that's how important training is!) - but you will definitely need exceptional soft skills. Amongst other things you will be:

We pay pretty well - we pay an uncapped commission as well as a decent base salary so you get the best of both worlds.
