Te turanga – The role
The Talent Adviser – Graduate and Intern is a newly create role within the Bank's recruitment team. In this hugely varied role you'll have the opportunity to deliver the end to end graduate and intern programme elements and build strong lasting relationships across the Bank. You'll get great satisfaction from seeing talent develop in their individual careers.
O pukenga – About you
To be successful in this role you will bring:
A sound knowledge of either HR, OD or L&D with experience in recruitment processes
Excellent communication skills with proven ability in facilitation
Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across an organisation
Your innovation as you'll be looking at different ways to make us stand out in the market
Great planning and organisation skills, along with a high level of integrity
The ability to travel will also be a requirement in this role.
