Talent Acquisition Partner One of the world s largest food and beverage companies is look for an experienced talent specialist to join this highperforming team With a global portfolio of more than 200 brands You will be supported to grow and achieve You will be recognized and rewarded for outstanding performance at every level and given the opportunity to leave your mark and build legacies Key Responsibilities Source candidates via Web advertising referral networking database candidate portal on client website etc Own the full recruitment cycle Managing offer process including providing up to date salary rate and market information and comparison data from recent hires in the business area Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key business stakeholders to establish current and future hiring needs Manage relationships with external partners Talent pooling and market project mapping Recruiting both contract and permanent roles Key Requirements 34 years Recruitment Experience IS A MUST And at least 2 of those years in the operational space Manufacturing Operations or Supply Chain Experience running endtoend recruitment process for roles at all levels A high level of resilience when working under pressure A reliable and proactive approach Comfortable working autonomously Selfstarter Strong stakeholder management High performer Candidate and Client attention to detail Persuasive sourcing abilities examples Proven ability to be a business partner and functional partner with peers Robert Walters endeavours to review all applications in a maximum of five working days If you have not received correspondence in this timeframe please do not hesitate to contact Jamie Kelly on 09 374 7357
