This is a senior leadership position at Voyager responsible for leadership of our growing team of systems engineers and platform specialists, including driving practice improvements to continuously improve efficiency and productivity through the practice tools, automation, training, mindset and right staffing. Systems Infrastructure – Ensure systems engineering capacity and capabilities are understood and at levels required by Voyager to effectively deliver and maintain systems infrastructure. Voyager Platforms – Establish and run effective framework for management of 3rd party platforms used by Voyager, such as CRM platform. Team Leadership - Role model the Voyager values and lead, coach, and motivate the team, ensuring the consistent achievement of targets and career growth. Technology Leadership – Participate in Voyager Technology Leadership team to influence wider technology direction. Vendor Management - Ensure that relevant vendor contracts are understood, reported on, accessible, in contract and as cost-effective for Voyager as possible. What's in it for you? You will have Tertiary Level Qualification in Information Technologies or Computing You will have knowledge, experience, and confidence in the following: Minimum 5 years' experience in leading technical teams involved with internal and client facing infrastructure Experience leading offshore workers an advantage Previous experience in a customer service environment, preferably within the telecommunications industry Previous experience in service delivery or provisioning in the telecommunications environment an advantage Familiarity with internet, hosting, and domain products Experience with common Internet and web technologies Understand internal and client facing infrastructure and system technologies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a self-organisation / self-managing mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills Understanding of Financial Concepts How to Apply If you are excited by the idea of joining us on our voyage, we'd love to hear from you.
