H2R Technology is currently on the lookout for a Technical Specialist to join a small team with a large pipeline of operational tasks to deliver. This is varied role that will provide exposure technologies used in most commercial environments.

We’re looking for someone with the following experience:
- Prior experience dealing with end-user support of technology
- Exposure to O365, Exchange, SharePoint, Azure, VOIP, Networking, PC Build/Deployment, Helpdesk experience all good
- Configuration and support of cloud VOIP
- Remote support of Windows, Android and Apple devices
- Hardware replacement and repair
- Basic networking
- Aruba Wifi (Advantageous not essential)
- End user training and education
Personal Specification
- Totally committed to customer service
- Ability to tailor your communication between technical and non technical audiences
- Good phone manner- significant amount of remote support provided over the phone
- Excellent writing skills- Able to help create user manuals and reference guides
- A ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to be flexible in terms of providing solutions
- Tolerant of a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexible delivery approach- not someone who takes a customer centred view rather than a stickler for process.
- Someone who shares within the team, communicates well and can work in a change-managed environment
- A fast learner – the right personality/attitude and the ability to learn is more important than a raft of Microsoft certifications
