The role We are seeking a talented writer with sustainability experience to join our creative and communications team. You will work alongside our brand, creative and technical experts to deliver a wide range of communications projects for our clients. With a proven track record in developing fluent and engaging copy on complex topics, you will put your skills to work on content and campaigns that promote sustainability and drive positive change. What you'll spend your time doing Writing long and short-form copy: Structuring, crafting, and delivering content on a wide range of sustainability issues and initiatives across different formats – from sustainability reports to engagement toolkits. Translating complex ideas and language: Editing and repurposing technical content to suit a range of audiences with different levels of understanding of climate and environment, modern slavery, circular economy, and more. Support on brand-led copy and campaigns: Work with our creative team to help clients articulate their position as sustainability leaders through authentic and distinctive ideas and executions. Working collaboratively: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues, and develop new opportunities to create high-quality content that harnesses the power of storytelling. What we're looking for Experience: Minimum 3 years professional experience in writing across a range of industries and clients, with examples of sustainability work in your portfolio. Previous consulting or agency experience is strongly preferred and we welcome in-house experience. Strategic and creative thinking: Ability to develop strategic and creative ideas and use these to develop powerful and authentic headlines and copy that drive positive change. Analytical skills: Proven experience working with experts to turn technical content and data into relevant proof points and insights to support compelling, evidence-based content. Attention to detail: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor tone and language to suit different brands, audiences and format Maintain quality: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and meet deadlines, while delivering high-quality work. Ethical and values-driven: Deep commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices. Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, , Design or a related field.
