Mo tenei turanga mahi About this role This role is the first point of contact for supporters and donors of Blind Low Vision and delivers an exceptional experience through engagement of the highest quality. This role will build loyalty with our supporters and help to deliver long term income and engagement through the provision of excellent supporter care. Based out of our Parnell office, you will be responsible for helping with all enquiries, reassuring concerns, and ensuring supporters feel valued and a key part of our work. As a first point of contact, this will be through warm and empathetic direct communication via a variety of channels including inbound and outbound calls, post, handwritten notes, email and social media. Ko wai koe About you To enable you to hit the ground running, were looking for someone who has : Excellent customer / supporter service skills with experience working in a customer facing environment High degree of empathy with warm and friendly people skills and the ability to remain calm when under pressure and / or dealing with concerns and difficult interactions.
