Supporting people with complex needs through to home help/housework Homecare support - rewarding work! Care on Call is passionate about supporting people in the community and we take pride in the personalised service we deliver to clients and the staff we work with. We are seeking experienced support workers with a passion for supporting others in their homes after injury or illness. Our clients are spread throughout the region so there may be someone local to you who needs assistance. This includes but is not limited to: Personal cares (showering, toileting, dressing) Passive exercises and stretches Housework and cleaning Meal preparation Driving clients in their vehicle to get to appointments, work meetings, and community/social events Additional requirements The legal right to work in NZ  A current, clean full driver's licence Previous experience as a caregiver/support worker with similar clients Great communication skills Energetic, initiative, and a good sense of humour To be reliable, punctual, honest and caring What we can offer you: 24/7 support and a local office and a local Manager Access to some of the latest technology and resources available within the healthcare sector Great hourly rates in line with the pay equity settlement Annual leave, sick leave, and Kiwisaver contributions on top of your hourly rate Access to a range of training resources and support to achieve NZQA-recognised qualifications Comprehensive induction and personalised client training.
