Support Worker – Te Mata, Hastings  $24.36 to $29.10 per hour, (depending on experience). This is a part-time role working 30 hours per fortnight.   Use your experience and knowledge as a Support Worker to enable the people you will be supporting to live in their own home and connect with their community.  You will be working with a variety of people living independently in the community. About the role   We are looking for a team player who will be working in a self-management team. They will be empowered by a dynamic team to grow and utilise their strengths.
