Coordinating actions with relevant resources, have complete case ownership and increase customer satisfaction.Reporting to Customer Services Manager this position will be based in Napier, New Zealand.Your responsibilities Ensuring the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, shipment, payment) by coordinating with sales, operations, supply chain management, and other internal and/or external teamsEnsuring customer service activities are planned and delivered on time and support agreed margin levelsProcessing customer purchase orders into system (via SAP) including dispatch and invoicingSpreadsheet maintenance and data entry; including extended warranty information and monitoringProviding a range of administrative tasks to support the business as requiredYour background Previous experience working in a Production and/or Manufacturing environment (preferred)MS Office suite; Excel, Word knowledge/skillsA minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar administrative role (preferred)Experience with SAP or other similar ERP system (preferred)Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a teamConfident English language skills both written and oralStrong customer service mindsetBenefits Retirement planLife insuranceDisability insuranceAccident insuranceFlexible work practicesMore about us ABB Smart Power is a global technology leader, with products and solutions that make power supplies smart, connected and protected.
