About the Role In this role you will be supporting Andrew on a 1:1 basis, Andrew lives at Conifer House which is based in Somerfield near the Heathcote River. Conifer house is also home to two other people that we support that attend our day service (LEAP). Andrew is a friendly man in his late 40's and enjoys fun activities, whether that is at home or out in the community. Andrew is looking for someone to support him in these activities and can encourage independence and guidance.
You will be energetic, empathetic and able to work alongside?this person?focussing on creating a life of rich and diverse experiences while being able to read situations, problem solve and apply boundaries or offer space.? Daily tasks include supporting with daily routines while encouraging independence to develop skills and personal growth. You will have the confidence to support personal cares, cooking, medication administration, and household tasks. You will be passionate about supporting and extending people's ability to access and be part of their wider community. If you are looking for a new challenge this could be the opportunity for you.?
This position's salary scale is set by pay equity and dependant on qualification level, pays between $23.15 and $28.25 per hour.

Position 2: Sunday 8am to 4pm Monday 9am to 4pm Tuesday 9am to 4pm Total Hours per fortnight: 44
