Auckland City, AucklandFull-time, PermanentAdministration supportTerm time onlyAlbany location with park-like groundsRoleThis role is part of a small team that supports the whole school with a variety of administrative tasks including photocopying, binding, laminating, couriers, updating the School database as well as supporting the marketing team with the creation of quality presentations and materials using InDesign desktop publishing and Canon Fiery for use across the School. This role also assists with clearing the absence line in the morning, handling overflow telephone calls, covering and issuing of textbooks and may cover one the School receptions if needed. The hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.00pm, term time only (39 weeks of the year).Experience neededWe are seeking a team player who has exceptional customer service and administrative skills, can multitask, loves databases and systems and willing to help wherever possible.Knowledge of the google suite and Microsoft office suite is essential.
