Support Representative

Job Description:

CarMax is seeking a talented and motivated Support Representative to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level Support Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Identify opportunities for improvements in processes and procedures- Meet and exceed established performance metrics and goals

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role- Confident and driven personality traits- Strong planning and communication skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
