Support Engineer

We are currently looking for a full-time Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team based in Dunedin. You will be helping the IT team replace hardware including :Installing workstations and maintaining operating system imagesInstalling software, driver and firmware updates via appropriate tools.Deploying hardware to end user locations.Assisting with troubleshooting issues.Implementing and configuring desktop environments for staff.Resolving tickets from 1st line up to 3rd line support.Allied Press is locally owned media company.
