About the opportunity | Te whai waahi Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager C&FS, this role will provide a critical point of control between the Planning and Operations teams across Global Supply Chain and Strategy and Optimisation. In this role you will be responsible for creating a highly engaged team and will ensure the delivery of the 0 – 13 week plan including meeting designated time fences and achieving the demand plan at required service levels, while keeping continuous improvement initiatives at the forefront.
Key responsibilities include:
•Be the escalation point for Global Operations NZ Manufacturing and key stakeholders for production scheduling issues a
•Support the Supply Planner(s) to work collaboratively with Logistics, Optimisation and Manufacturing
•Ensure sufficient supply is available to service the demand plan
•Develop strategies to ensure enough flexibility exists to mitigate demand and supply variability
•Engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders across Global Operations NZ Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, NZMP, GCFS.
Please note that for this role you will need be based at the Eltham Site at least 3 days a week. About you | Moe koe The successful individual will have a key focus on process and continuous improvement, cost reductions and building strong stakeholder relationships across the business. They will be able to engage and influence while showcasing strong and authentic leadership skills, drive and commercial acumen.
Other key skills and experience include:
•Degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management or equivalent business experience within these fields.
•Preferred CPIM 1 or 2 qualification or relevant Supply Chain Foundations course
•Strong Supply Chain Planning or Scheduling Experience
•Proven experience with complex planning, forecasting and product lifecycle programs.
•Continuous improvement and Project Management skills
