Reporting directly to the Master Production Planner, the position is responsible for owning and executing the production schedule ensuring it is aligned to the manufacturing utilisation targets, purchasing of packaging material to ensure that there is schedule stability and reduce packaging held on site, moving towards a just in time model.Focus on finished goods cycle time and increase customer contact.About youYou are someone that is highly organised, well planned, and methodical. You thrive in a constantly changing and fast paced environment and a team player who can work with many other functions daily.You will have a minimum of 3+ years' experience in a planning / scheduling or purchasing function within a manufacturing environment.Your toolkit will include :Strong knowledge of production planning principles, lean manufacturing concepts and inventory management.Knowledge of GMP & FDA manufacturing regulationsExcellent knowledge of ERP systems, SQL databaseIntermediate / Advance skills in Microsoft softwareA strong customer service focus with excellent communication skillsKeen initiative who actively seeks to improve processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrable experience in influencing / working with multiple stakeholders.Why Us?Argenta has strongly embedded company values which is key to who we are and how we deliver.
