As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will join our dynamic team in Auckland. You will be responsible for leading and managing the execution of projects from a supply chain and operations perspective. Some of the projects will include new product creation, new product development, supply chain development and optimisation and other broader a2MC business projects.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.Monitor project progress and effectively address any deviations from the plan.Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.Facilitate communication between project teams, supply chain teams, third-party manufacturers, and other relevant stakeholders.Identify and assess potential risks to project timelines and deliverables.Collaborate with all internal and external parties to manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.Collaborate with the NPD team, various business units, marketing, production, manufacturing, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of NPD project activities.Skills & ExperienceA bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, engineering, project management, or something similar).Proven project management experience, including planning, scheduling, and resource management, preferably in new product development.Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure effective internal and external stakeholder interactions.Deep knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.Advanced Microsoft skills are essential (in particular, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).Well-developed problem-solving skills to effectively address project-related issues.Ability to think strategically and contribute to business growth.A proven ability to influence without authority.Strong attention to detailAbility to tolerate and adapt to changing project requirements.
