We're currently seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Improvement Specialist to review, redesign, and implement best-practice processes within our purchasing, inventory management, and dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities Process Evaluation : Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current purchasing, inventory management, and dispatch processes, both documented and in practice. Design & Implementation : Design robust, scalable supply chain processes and systems that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve accuracy. Lead the implementation of these new systems across relevant departments. Documentation & Training : Develop clear, concise documentation for all new processes and systems. Provide hands-on training to ensure all team members are proficient in the new procedures. Hiring & Leadership : Recruit and hire a suitable manager to oversee the ongoing management of these newly implemented supply chain processes, ensuring a seamless transition and sustained success. Continuous Improvement : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and a framework for ongoing evaluation and improvement of the supply chain operations. Ideal Candidate Profile Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification in supply chain management is highly desirable. Experience : Proven experience in supply chain process improvement, with a track record of delivering measurable enhancements in efficiency, cost reduction, and operational performance. Skills : Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to train and motivate teams. Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools. Characteristics : A dynamic, results-oriented individual who thrives in challenging environments.
