The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing goals, policies, and procedures to ensure cost-effective and efficient management of NZ Operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in all aspects of the operations department, including planning and execution. Key Accountabilities include data integrity, budgeting and forecasting, commercial agreements, and production planning. A position description is available.About You:For this role, you should have extensive experience in operations/supply chain management and a business-related discipline, preferably in an FMCG or other complex supply chain environment. Strong leadership skills are essential. You should be highly organized, flexible, self-motivated, and possess good negotiation skills.
