We are constantly innovating and releasing new products for our loyal and passionate customers and have even bigger growth aspirations/plans in the works .About the role:We are seeking a Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to join our team!You will be responsible for leading and managing efficient/seamless end to end supply chain and logistics operations for all Clean Collective beverage products. Working closely with our contract manufacturers, this role is charged with the overseeing of all supply chain and logistics activities to ensure our operational demands are met - from procurement of raw materials to demand forecasting and distribution of our finished goods!Responsibilities:Develop and execute procurement strategies and processes aligned with company objectives and financial goals.Establish and maintain planning tools and processes to ensure the accurate and timely provision of information to all parts of the business.Oversee supply, logistics and co-packer contract terms; collate and manage RFPs as required.Optimise inventory levels through effective inventory planning and management practices.Actively initiate and implement continuous improvement, continually reviewing systems and processes to ensure best practice.Manage the key relationships with our contract manufacturers on behalf of Clean Collective.Manage Quality Assurance documents for all SKUs, packaging, and production sites to ensure the goods produced are within spec and contracted wastage.About you:5+ years' experience in an Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics Management role, preferably in the FMCG industry.Strong understanding of production processes, demand planning methodologies, and cost reduction strategies.Strategic thinker with business acumen to identify opportunities, make sound judgements and drive results.Tertiary qualification in Business or Supply Chain Management or a related business discipline would be advantageous.Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.Analytical focus and process driven.Self-motivated and proactive mindset.Competitive salary packageLaptop & PhoneA truly flexible working arrangementIf you are interested in this role and meet the requirements, please apply with your CV and a cover letter explaining why you believe you would be a good fit for this position.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have in supply chain management (SCM)?What's your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
