Job Description

Fulton Hogan are looking for anAsphalt Supervisorto join its team. Based in Bunbury and reporting to the Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing asphalt laying projects, including coordinating and supervising a full asphalt laying crew, subcontractors and plant management. You'll be a proven leader who can support and motivate site teams, ensuring the focus remains on safety, quality, cost and schedule in the planning and execution of work.
The successful applicant will possess:
Demonstrated experience in the road surfacing industry.
Excellent organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines.
The ability to positively influence and lead a team.
A proven commitment to site safety.
A valid WA drivers' license
The flexibility to travel for remote project work when required
