Play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, maintaining high-quality service delivery, and driving excellence within the financial services sector.
Key responsibilities include: Supervising processes related to advice, disclosure, record-keeping, and complaints for AIA FAP Advisers
Conducting thorough supervision reviews to ensure compliance with AIA process requirements, identifying trends and recommending changes to processes, standards, or training to enhance compliance
Managing the completion of observational testing of advisers to ensure accuracy and timeliness, assessing the quality of record-keeping and advice provided by advisers through meticulous analysis of client advice records
Making consistently accurate decisions based on experience with financial service product advice
Investigating adviser complaints and advice assessment failures, collaborating with stakeholders to recommend remedial action.
Ideally, you'll bring: New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5)
Superior relationship management experience with the ability to develop deep relationships at all levels internally and externally
Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a collaborative approach to finding solutions
Comprehensive understanding of the Financial Services industry and products, including risk and home loans
Thorough knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (FMCA, CCCFA, etc.)
Well-developed analytical skills and sound judgment.
