Supervised Contact - Supervisor | Casual | Invercargill, Central Otago

This organisation has been providing Supervised Contact for over 15 years. We are the only court appointed provider in the Southland, Otago and Central Lakes district regions. We are also a member of the Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Supervised Contact Services.
We are exceptionally passionate about the role we play in bringing together families and ensuring the rights of children are upheld. We provide services in the child's best interest and ensure a safe and neutral service is paramount. Working as part of our team you would be responsible for: Working independently or within a team of two Managing your own clients to an extent (keeping in contact with clients/filling in reports etc) A safe pick-up and drop-off encounter Working in the best interests of children Making grey area decision on the spot Confident in enforcing guidelines of all parties involved are upheld at all times Ideal experience and skills Your own transportation to arrive to our venue in St Kilda (Dunedin location) or for off-site location sessions (wider Otago/Southland regions) Must be passionate in working with children of all ages Flexible availability and able to be on-call Ideally have knowledge/experience in working with children, legal, teaching or social work industries. Have a good understanding of computers including PDF writable documents.
