HDS is a Kainga Ora Homes and Communities initiative; they are changing the approach to how they deliver new homes and developments.

About the role As a Structural Technician with us, you will be responsible for the preparation of 3D Revit Modelling, Detailed Building Consent and Construction Documentation.
HDS is bringing a new way of working on their projects with all teams brought together in one project office from the Architect to the Contractor and everything in between, so to ensure collaboration and coordination across teams and to achieve project time-frames we work to a 40-hour week Monday to Friday from 8.30am-5pm.

About you A minimum of 1 year+ experience modelling in Revit across a range of structural projectsAttention to detail with a good understanding of engineering principalsConversant with relevant NZ Building Codes, especially NZS3604 detailing, and Statutory RequirementsMotivated to learn and develop your expertiseAdaptable with excellent planning, organising, and time management skillsEnjoy working in a team environment and communicating with a wide range of peopleAbout us Kirk Roberts Consulting is a multi-disciplinary company providing Structural, Geotechnical, Fire, Civil and Environmental Engineering Services; Architecture, and Engineering Software, to a range of clients across New Zealand from our offices in Christchurch, Auckland, Hamilton, Queenstown, and Tauranga.
