About you As a Lead Structural Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our structural engineering team, steering them towards creative solutions and outstanding project outcomes. Hold a Structural Engineering degree Minimum of 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in a consulting environment. Chartered NZ Professional Engineer (CPEng) or working towards it. Proficiency in structural analysis and design software, ideally exposure to SPACE GASS, ETABS, SAFE, or similar platforms Experience with seismic design and analysis is highly desirable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a broad range of team members and clients.
