Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We have a 24-month fixed term opportunity (to complete project work) for an Intermediate Structural Engineer to join our team in Auckland. This means being part of a team that shares ideas across geographies and time zones, to push boundaries and go beyond conventional approaches. Apply principles and professional knowledge and judgement to plan and implement projects of reasonable complexity.Provide technical design advice for structures and multi-disciplinary projects of reasonable complexity.Gain experience in work planning and financial management for local, national and international projects.Engage in business operations and understand the impact of works practices on the financial outcome of projects.Build and foster internal and external relationships that lead to repeat work.Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking, and consulting skills.Be passionate about learning and seek feedback to ensure professional and technical career development.Aligned with the level of the role, we envision that the base salary component will be between NZ$64,000 – $96,000 depending on skills and experience. The role is full time, with minimum guaranteed hours of 40 hours a week.

To be successful in this role you will have:
