Reporting directly to the CEO and part of the Senior Executive Team, this role leads the risk management strategy and response for the company. Managing a team of specialists in wellbeing, health, safety, environmental planning and community relations, you will have strategic oversight across these elements as well as business continuity, legal and regulatory. Building partnerships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including industry groups, government agencies, local authorities and communities is an important aspect.

We are looking for a collaborative, influential leader and big picture thinker with a track record of effectively managing operational and strategic business risks. Credible at a senior level, you have a structured and informed approach when dealing with stakeholders. You will have expertise in relevant risk management standards and legislation gained from within primary industry, civil construction or consulting sectors.
