To support and work collaboratively with the General Manager - Business to provide detailed analysis and support with the development of reports and presentations for Heartland's board and executives. You will also support the Business Division's Relationship Managers by writing complex credit applications, comprehensively analyse credit proposals, perform due diligence, and make recommendations regarding the viability and structure of loans. To speak to and, where appropriate, advocate for applications with Credit Approvals team. To provide complex analytical support for projects and proposals for General Manager - Business. The Strategic Analyst conducts Heartland Bank business ethically and with integrity, maintaining alignment with the Bank's brand values and delivering best possible customer outcomes. Your ideal experience and skills Ensure the best interests of customers are foremost in all actions and activity Work with various Business stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements, how data influences business, and how to analyse and identify opportunities and performance. Provide reports and insights for the General Manager - Business that are accurate, easy to consume, audience appropriate, magnetic and engaging and bring meaningful change.
