Strategic Project Manager (Contract)

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic project plans that align with Datamine's goals and objectives Collaborate closely with stakeholders within Datamine to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful project delivery Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the project team at Datamine Communicate project updates, status reports, and key metrics to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle Drive decision-making processes at Datamine, facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts to maintain project momentum and achieve desired outcomes You bring A bachelor's degree or higher in business, project management, or a related field Proven experience as a project manager, with a minimum of 3 years running complex projects from initiation to successful delivery Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies Strong analytical skills, translating business requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables Exceptional communication skills , both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills: you recognise the need for the project team to be aligned and pulling in the same direction Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality outcomes Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve their full potential Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments, with the flexibility to navigate ambiguity and drive change effectively The ideal candidate for this role will be a dynamic project leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about driving strategic initiatives to drive business success.
