Strategic Management Accountant

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Have a n appetite for process improvement and analysi s , and be comfortable in challenging the status quo
Proven ability to lead the wider business (finance, business units and support functions) through the evaluation and implementation of technology solutions.
Understand how technology can be leveraged to enable the finance function , and to deliver decision support to all functions in Gallagher.
Work with Information Services and key finance staff to create reliable data , and evaluate tools the business can use to gain insight into their respective business units.

Minimum of 10 years post Formal Accounting Qualification working in Finance Roles, ideally an SAP environment.
Previous involvement in project teams working on complex systems/business projects, ideally with some project management experience in a business environment.
Responsibility for organising and running requirements gathering meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Brea d th of experience would be an advantage to ensure understanding of "best practice" business processes
