The opportunity: Join our dynamic team as we have two exciting opportunities available: Strategic Accounts Manager and Strategic Accounts BDM. As a Strategic Accounts Manager, you'll lead support to our Retail Strategic Accounts, while the Strategic Accounts BDM will work in partnership with identified strategic accounts to improve the end-to-end risk sales process. Both roles offer the chance to make a significant impact on our business growth and strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities for both roles include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within Strategic Groups and AIA
Identifying opportunities for sales development and solutions that contribute to strategic accounts' business objectives
Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve targeted growth objectives
Facilitating training requirements and enhancing capability of advisers and strategic accounts staff
Generating ideas for marketing campaigns and contributing to sales planning processes
Engaging in forums with Heads of Strategic Accounts groups to enable planning and support differentiation
Championing attachment and activation of AIA Vitality
Supporting the implementation of projects and initiatives to drive business growth
Generating and analysing reporting on current and future sales activity.
Ideally, you'll bring: Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Superior relationship management experience and risk management skills
Experience in account management or similar roles within financial services, with a track record of meeting targets
A knack for analysing industry trends and turning insights into practical strategies
Ability to manage shifting priorities and timeframes effectively
Coaching, influencing, and problem resolution skills
Experience in workshop facilitation, presentation, and training.
Adaptability to changing environments and a proactive approach to making an impact
Understanding of risk, conduct, and compliance in financial services, with a strategic mindset to navigate them effectively.
