Stores, Warehouse and Delivery Driver - InvercargillMetro Performance Glass group is New Zealand's leading supplier of glass products & glazing services to the construction industry; we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and service, focusing on our customers' needs and our ability to lead the market. We are seeking an honest, reliable and experienced person for the position of Stores, Warehouse and Delivery Driver to join our team in Invercargill. This role will involve factory and glazing support - ensuring glass is ready for delivery to customers or to site where our Glazing team are working, factory support, and house-keeping. Please note: - driving / delivery of glass products is about 1/4 of the role. The reminder of the role is stores / inwards goods / factory based - unloading trucks, checking and storing glass, receipting in glass against the delivery schedule, reporting damaged or missing glass, preparing materials and hardware for glazing jobs.

Previous inwards goods / stores experienceA solid driving track record - Clean and current Class 2 license is essential, Class 4 is advantageousStrong health and safety focusBe well presented - have excellent communication skillsA tidy and conscientious worker who likes everything to "be in it's place"Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic team player with good time management skillsAs the nature of the role requires the handling of glass and some heavy lifting, you will need to be physically fit.
