About the Role: Stores Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination and directing of materials, tools and parts for their designated site and to support the company's strategic goals. The Stores Coordinator must work effectively with operations, procurement, sales, and finance. Responsibilities Control of inwards and outwards goods for the Fabrication site Receipting those inwards and outwards goods Distribution of inwards goods to the team the requires the goods. Unloading Aluminium Trucks, Steel Trucks (plate and long steel). Checking above materials, labelling, storing in correct place, liaising with Production Supervisors, Procurement, Logistics Manager on received product/backorders Transferring Job kits into cages and distributing those job cages to the bays. Customer service, taking inquiries from our customers wanting to purchase parts and meeting their expectations for delivery of those parts. Using OSTENDO to create sales invoices and generate delivery documentation. Organising, tracking, and reconciling freight movements with our freight providers Monthly stock taking Ensuring stock on hand is maintained incompliance to minimum / maximum stock levels Skills, Knowledge & Experience 2+ years previous experience in a similar role involving supply coordination. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Computer literate Methodical and organised and able to work on own initiative. Attention to detail. Customer service oriented Team player Has a strong commitment to health and safety Licences Valid full Class 1 Drivers Licence Class 5 Drivers Licence This role is based in Tauriko, Tauranga, and the hours of work are Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week.
