Youwill deliver on the store business strategy and execute our vision by leadingfrom the front as an inspirational leader, building a customer centric–high performance culture in providing an exceptional shopping experience forour customers.
Our ideal applicant:
Is aseasoned retail management professional at Store Manager level preferably inDIY, Hardware or other high-volume or big store environment.
Ahighly commercial ‘hands on’ leader with strong general management capabilityacross all facets of the business – sales, financials, HR, H&S, marketing,customer experience, merchandising, stock management, inventory, point of sale,and security and administration
Will beable to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering sales and profit totarget.
Iscapable in engaging, motivating, developing and leading large teams.
Hassolid understanding of NZ- H&S and employmentlegislation.
Ispositive with an engaging communication style.
Has a genuinepassion for our products, our customers and to grow and develop our teammembers.
