We are seeking aStore Managerwho can bring expert guidance and an encouraging attitude to lead and support ourPoriruastore.
You will be committed to the following:

We are seeking an individual who has:
* Previous experience in a senior store management role is aMUST.
* Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate an develop teams
* Demonstrated experience in managing profit and loss, KPI's, with a commercial acumen
* Exceptional communication and relationship building skills with all stake holders
* A detailed approach to maintaining the store's visual appearance
* A strong desire for continuous improvement to deliver results
* Self-confidence and resilience, coping well under pressure
